Any new coverage elected in this enrollment will not exempt you from the WA Cares Fund payroll tax, as the deadline of November 1, 2021 has passed. If you have existing coverage through Logitech’s Allstate plan or another insurance company and have submitted your exemption form to Logitech, no action is required. If you have not submitted your exemption form, please submit directly to Logitech Hub at www.thehub.logitech.com You may enroll in the Chubb plan for additional coverage.
